Kingdom Homes annual staff awards evening was held in the Beveridge Park Hotel Kirkcaldy on 28th November 2018. Around 80 staff were invited including those who achieved passes in SVQ exams, those celebrating long service and our Employee of the Year finalists from each of our care homes and support roles who are voted for by their colleagues, residents and residents families.
The evening kicked off with a speech by Managing Director, Colin Smart who welcomed everyone and congratulated them on their achievements. He also spoke of how the care industry has changed over the years since Kingdom Homes first care home opened in 1984.
Gary Logan, HR Director, compared the evening calling each award winner up individually to receive their Certificate or trophy from Margaret Smart, Director of Kingdom Homes.
The admin team who are based at Head Office in Kirkcaldy were winners of the Team Award
