Kingdom Homes held the annual Staff Awards on Wednesday 2nd December. There was plenty to celebrate with 131 members of staff having successfully completed various levels of SVQ’s in Health & Social Care or Management in the last 12 months – an achievement that they should all be proud of and a big thanks to the support of the Kingdom Training assessors, who are also part of our organisation.
The three finalists from each of our care homes “Employee of the Year” were also there and the winners announced and presented with their awards.
The longest serving members of staff were also honoured with awards for those who have been with Kingdom Homes from 10 years to a very impressive 30 years – long service indeed! Between them, our Long Service award winners have provided 600 years of dedicated care to the elderly.
