Team Supervisors - Methven House
We have several vacancies for full-time (12 hour shifts) Team Supervisors at Methven House, Kirkcaldy. The posts are for day-shift or night-shift cover. We offer a competitive rate of £8.50 per hour.
The role requires the individual to plan, implement and supervise the provision of quality care through effective management of the Care Team and participate fully as part of the Management Team. The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of the home's operations to provide and maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff and visitors.
Applicants will have SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and SVQ Level 3 in Management or Leadership of Management qualification at SCQF at Level 7 or above or working towards within 6 months.
