Proposed Inspections and Roselea update

Roselea House
I'm very pleased to report that Roselea House is now open! We have already welcomed the first three residents and another three are due to move in within the next few days. With enquiries continuing, I am confident that we will fill up gradually over the next few months.
With no major refurbishments or building works ongoing at the moment I am currently focusing my attention on any redecoration and improvements required throughout our care homes in both the public areas and bedrooms. Inspections will be carried out by myself and Margaret with Mark Binnington and Marion Miller. The first has already been carried out at Craigie House on Monday 17th May. As a result some redecoration is planned there and some carpets are to be renewed.
Methven House inspection is next on the list on 27th May followed by Barrogil House on 1st June. Roselea House will also be checked over on the 1st although, having only just opened, I don't expect there will be much required there. Fernlea and Camilla House visits are planned for the 9th June. The Preston House date is the 15th June and Alexander House will receive the last visit on the 22nd June with all works being completed over the next few months.
